        On 21/4/2018, Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company (HDG) has held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2018. This year, the Group set the target of consolidated profit before tax 2018 is nearly 900 billion dong, up 163% compared to 2017.         In 2017, Ha Do Group achieved 2.3 trillion dong of consolidated revenue, up 16% compared to 2016; consolidated net profit was VND 273.1 billion, an increase of 8% compared to that of 2016. Not only the growth of business targets over the previous year, Ha Do also implemented well projects, contributing to ensure revenue for the next stage. In the year 2018, Ha Do Group targets to strongly increase all business targets, including consolidated revenue and profit after tax is 4,301.9 billion and 733.8 billion. Compared to 2017, these plans grew 84% in revenue and 169% in profit.

Real estate: growth dynamics of Ha Do Group

        In 2017, the HaDo Centrosa Garden project in District 10, Ho Chi Minh City has achieved great success with a business rate of 100% (nearly 2,200 apartments) after one year of market launch. Currently, 115 adjacent townhouses have been handed over to customers and 87 roses have been allocated to first residents since December 2017. The apartment towers have been outstripping construction for over three months, with Block Orchid and Block Jasmine scheduled to deliver their homes early this year. This is a project of Ha Do Group's development to bring residents a green living space in the heart of the city with 21 gardens throughout the project, design different from the unique hanging gardens, rattan garden, high-rise eco-park, international swimming pool, etc. Recently, HaDo Centrosa Garden was also honored in the Top 5 "Living Space Standards" by the readers of the Investment Review.

        In addition to continuing to complete the project HaDo Centrosa Garden to hand over to customers, in 2018, the Group will continue to deploy 4 other large-scale real estate projects HaDo Dragon City - Ha Noi; HaDo Green Lane Project - District 8, HCMC; and Alila Bao Dai - The Imperial House - Nha Trang; Nongtha Central Park Project - Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic. Hydropower and renewable energy: The sector continues to be promoted

        In the year 2017, revenue from hydropower reached VND 323.7 billion, contributing significantly to the total revenue of the Group. Currently, the Group owns five hydropower projects, putting into operation two projects Za Hung and Nam Pong with the total capacity of 60MW (in 2009 and 2013). It is expected that three new hydropower projects will be put into operation, including Nhan Hac Hydropower Plant with a capacity of 60 MW at the end of Q2 / 2018 and a 100 MW Hydropower Plant with capacity of 100 MW. I / 2019, Song Tranh 4 Hydropower Plant with the capacity of 50 MW generating capacity in the first quarter of 2020. The commissioning of these three new hydropower projects will bring the total electricity capacity of the group to 270 MW, supplying the market with 1,080 million kWh of electricity per year.

        Currently, Ha Do Group has seized the opportunity to research and develop renewable energy projects, which are being prioritized and encouraged by the government in Vietnam. In 2018, Ha Do Group plans to launch 2 projects including Hong Phong 4 solar power plant in Hong Phong commune, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province with a capacity of 48MWp. 3/2019 and Tien Thanh 1 wind power plant in Tien Thanh commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province with the capacity of 70MW, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.

        As of 31/12/2017, Ha Do Group JSC has owned capital of VND 2,084.145 billion on chartered capital of VND 759.68 billion. In 2018, the Group plans to issue more than 11.39 million shares from owners' equity to increase its chartered capital by more than 113.9 billion dong at a ratio of 100: 15. In addition, Ha Do Group will offer shares to existing shareholders at the rate of 10% of charter capital, an increase of nearly 7.6 million shares. With this issuance, the charter capital of the Group will increase to nearly 950 billion.
